2027 Senior Model Team Application

We are so excited you're interested in representing Carrie Nichols Photography as a Senior Model! This application is for students graduating high school in 2027.

It's important to note there is a $150 program fee due upon acceptance and you are required to purchase a discounted senior portrait session during the year. Please do NOT apply for this position UNLESS you have discussed the program with your parents or legal guardian!

We want to learn all about you so be detailed in this application. Your answers are how we determine who is a good fit for the Carrie Nichols Photography Senior Team. Keep this in mind as you complete the questionnaire. We keep our team members limited in order to provide an exclusive experience, so we cannot accept everyone who applies. We look for enthusiasm and positivity, as well as school and community involvement. Make sure your personality shows through your answers!

Please note the application process does require a short 2-3 minute introduction video which is explained in the last question. If this is not received, your application is incomplete and cannot be considered.
